Our bandsaw blades are now delivered to customers in more than 40 countries worldwide. In European markets, however, we do not want to be just a manufacturer that ships its products to customers. Wherever possible, we want to stay close to them through our own logistics, technical support and service.
That is why we are gradually expanding not only our presence in international markets, but also the capacity of our own logistics.
More capacity for international routes
We have recently added a new curtain-sided van to our fleet, allowing us to transport a larger number of new and serviced bandsaw blades on a single route. When needed, we also use vans with trailers to make each journey as efficient as possible.
Our vehicles regularly travel not only to customers in the Czech Republic, but also to Germany, Austria, Poland, the Benelux countries and other European destinations.
Greater transport capacity helps us plan longer international routes more efficiently and serve more customers on a single trip.
More than just transport
Our own logistics are an integral part of the DUDR Tools service system. We deliver new or serviced bandsaw blades directly to our customers and collect used blades at the same time, bringing them back to Sazovice for professional servicing.
After inspection and the necessary service operations, the bandsaw blades are returned to the customer on one of our next regular routes.
This means our customers do not have to arrange transport to and from the service centre themselves. Production, technical support, service and logistics can all be handled by a single partner.
From our production in Sazovice directly to the customer
Among the products travelling across Europe are our wide bandsaw blades for primary wood processing, which we manufacture according to the specific machine and operating conditions of each customer.
Whether a new bandsaw blade travels a few dozen or several hundred kilometres from Sazovice, our goal remains the same: to provide the right tool and the services that help keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.
Because for us, cooperation does not end when a bandsaw blade leaves our production facility.
